Legend\u00e1rny <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mabo.sk\/search?q=rum+bacard%C3%AD+\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BACARD\u00cd rum<\/a> je svoj\u00edm v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00fdm charakterom vhodn\u00fd na mie\u0161anie n\u00e1pojov, ktor\u00fdm nedominuje, ale naopak nech\u00e1va\u00a0vyznie\u0165 chu\u0165 ostatn\u00fdch ingredienci\u00ed. Pr\u00e1ve tento rum in\u0161piroval barmanov na Kube na za\u010diatku 20-teho storo\u010dia k\u00a0pr\u00edprave\u00a0dnes u\u017e legend\u00e1rnych kokteilov a\u00a0stal sa ich ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fdm rumom. Sved\u010dia o\u00a0tom i\u00a0prv\u00e9 barmansk\u00e9 manu\u00e1ly z Kuby.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pr\u00edbeh origin\u00e1lneho Cuba Libre<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>BACARDI &amp; COKE &#8211; The Original Cuba Libre &#8211; tento celosvetovo ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fd n\u00e1poj, sa zrodil na Kube okolo roku 1900. Jedno popoludnie si skupina americk\u00fdch vojakov vy\u0161la na prech\u00e1dzku do baru v starej Havane. Mlad\u00fd posl\u00ed\u010dek Fausto Rodrigues potom rozpr\u00e1val, ako do baru vst\u00fapil kapit\u00e1n a objednal si rum BACARD\u00cd a Coca-Colu s \u013eadom a k\u00faskom limetky. N\u00e1poje zmie\u0161al a pil s takou chu\u0165ou, \u017ee si jeho kamar\u00e1ti nechali od barmana pripravi\u0165 kapit\u00e1nov n\u00e1poj i pre seba. Pri \u010fal\u0161om kole jeden z vojakov navrhol pripi\u0165 si na osloboden\u00fa Kubu \u2013 Por Cuba Libre! Kapit\u00e1n zdvihol poh\u00e1r a zan\u00f4til vojnov\u00fd pokrik, ktor\u00fd sprev\u00e1dzal vojakov vo v\u00ed\u0165aznej vojne za nez\u00e1vislos\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>BACARD\u00cd rum s Coca-Colou sa stal okam\u017eite hitom. U\u017e v\u00a0t\u00fdch \u010dasoch dok\u00e1zal\u00a0tento n\u00e1poj navodi\u0165 atmosf\u00e9ru dobrej n\u00e1lady a priate\u013estva. Po\u010das druhej svetovej\u00a0vojny sa stalo BACARD\u00cd &amp; COKE &#8211; The Original Cuba Libre americk\u00fdm n\u00e1rodn\u00fdm\u00a0drinkom. Na z\u00e1ver z\u013eahka premie\u0161ame a ozdob\u00edme pl\u00e1tkom limetky.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pr\u00edbeh prv\u00e9ho mojita<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ako posledn\u00fd rumov\u00fd kokteil pri\u0161iel do m\u00f3dy ten najstar\u0161\u00ed \u2013 Mojito. Slovo \u201emojito\u201c je pravdepodobne odvoden\u00e9 od africk\u00e9ho \u201emojo\u201c, ktor\u00e9 znamen\u00e1 \u201eza\u010darova\u0165\u201c. Pod\u013ea legendy bol objavite\u013eom prv\u00e9ho predchodcu mojita anglick\u00fd korz\u00e1r Richard Drake, ktor\u00fd zmie\u0161al Aguardiente (nerafinovan\u00fd predchodca rumu), cukor, limetky a m\u00e4tu. Svoj n\u00e1poj nazval \u201eEl Draque\u201c, teda Drak, pod\u013ea prez\u00fdvky Francisa Draka, jeho kapit\u00e1na. El Draque sa pod\u00e1val na drevenej ly\u017eici s rukov\u00e4\u0165ou tvaru koh\u00fatieho chvosta a konzumoval sa hlavne ako liek.<\/p>\n<p>No prav\u00e9 mojito za svoj vznik v\u010fa\u010d\u00ed rodu Bacard\u00ed. Pr\u00e1ve Don Facundo Bacard\u00ed Mass\u00f3 pou\u017eil svoj u\u0161\u013eachtil\u00fd rum na pr\u00edpravu tohto n\u00e1poja a tak vzniklo Bacard\u00ed Mojito. Postupne sa pre kub\u00e1nskych vidie\u010danov stalo t\u00fdm, \u010d\u00edm bolo Daiquir\u00ed pre ju\u017eanov. \u010eal\u0161ia verzia datuje ofici\u00e1lny vznik prav\u00e9ho Mojita okolo roku 1920. M\u00e4tov\u00fa ar\u00f3mu prebud\u00edte tak, \u017ee s l\u00edstkami v ruk\u00e1ch pred vlo\u017een\u00edm do poh\u00e1ra z\u013eahka tlesknete.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pr\u00edbeh lahodnej Pi\u00f1a Colady<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00edbeh PI\u00d1A COLADY za\u010dal v roku 1954. Lahodn\u00fd kokteil vymyslel Ramon Monchito Marraero, barman v hoteli Caribe Hilton v San Juane. Tvrdil, \u017ee jeho cie\u013eom bolo zachyti\u0165 v\u0161etky chute Puerto Rica v jednom poh\u00e1ri. Mesiace sk\u00fa\u0161al r\u00f4zne recepty, k\u00fdm dospel k tomu prav\u00e9mu, ktor\u00fd nazval Pi\u00f1a Colada (tekut\u00fd anan\u00e1s). V roku 1978 vyhl\u00e1silo Puerto Rico Pi\u00f1a Coladu za n\u00e1rodn\u00fd n\u00e1poj. Av\u0161ak Pi\u00f1a Colada m\u00e1 v skuto\u010dnosti dvoch tvorcov. Don Ramon Portas Mignat z baru Barranchina v San Juane tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee Pi\u00f1a Coladau vymyslel on v roku 1963. Ktor\u00fd z kokteilov\u00fdch m\u00e1gov kokteil skuto\u010dne pripravil ako prv\u00fd, zost\u00e1va dodnes z\u00e1hadou.
