Pri overen\u00fdch v\u00fdrobcoch sa na tento \u00fadaj m\u00f4\u017eete spo\u013eahn\u00fa\u0165. <strong>Pri producentoch, ktor\u00fdch nepozn\u00e1te, si etiketu rad\u0161ej poriadne pre\u0161tudujte. <\/strong>Na f\u013ea\u0161i b\u00fdva uveden\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo, no m\u00f4\u017ee \u00eds\u0165 o oby\u010dajn\u00fd marketingov\u00fd \u0165ah, ktor\u00fd nem\u00e1 s vekom alkoholu \u017eiadny s\u00favis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako ur\u010di\u0165 vek whisky?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vek uveden\u00fd na f\u013ea\u0161i je znakom kvality, ktor\u00fd odr\u00e1\u017ea jednoduch\u00e9 pravidlo: \u010c\u00edm star\u0161ia whisky, t\u00fdm lep\u0161ia. Ke\u010f sa drevo zahrieva, roz\u0165ahuje sa. V\u010faka tomu nasakuje viac tekutiny. <strong>Ke\u010f je zima, zmr\u0161\u0165uje sa, \u010d\u00edm tla\u010d\u00ed whisky &#8211; a jej farbu, cukry a \u010fal\u0161ie chute, sp\u00e4\u0165 do tekutiny. <\/strong>Tento proces mo\u017eno pri troche predstavivosti prirovna\u0165 k m\u00e1\u010daniu \u010daju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vek mie\u0161an\u00fdch destil\u00e1tov n\u00e1jdete \u0161tandardne priamo na etikete. <strong>Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie ide o mix r\u00f4znych ro\u010dn\u00edkov, pri\u010dom uveden\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo indikuje vek najmlad\u0161ieho pou\u017eit\u00e9ho destil\u00e1tu. <\/strong>Ak kupujete 25-ro\u010dn\u00fa blended whisky znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee v\u0161etky whisky vo f\u013ea\u0161i dozrievali minim\u00e1lne 25 rokov. Ozna\u010denie vzniklo v roku 1817, kedy o\u0148 kr\u00e1\u013e Juraj IV. po\u017eiadal rodinu Hennessyovcov. S\u00fa\u010dasn\u00ed v\u00fdrobcovia tento druh ko\u0148aku ozna\u010duj\u00fa aj ako Very Superior Special Pale, Very Old, alebo R\u00e9serve \u010di Vieux.<\/li><li><strong>Ko\u0148ak XO (Extra Old)<\/strong> zreje minim\u00e1lne 10 rokov, \u0161tandardne v\u0161ak dozrieva aj 15 a\u017e 20 rokov, a niekedy aj viac. Ozna\u010denie sa prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t objavilo v roku 1870.<\/li><li><strong>Ko\u0148ak XXO (Extra Extra Old)<\/strong> zreje vo franc\u00fazskych dubov\u00fdch sudoch minim\u00e1lne 14 rokov. Ko\u0148ak Napoleon pritom zreje minim\u00e1lne 6 rokov, R\u00e9serve Cognac 25 rokov a ko\u0148ak s ozna\u010den\u00edm Hors d&#8217;Age Cognac \u0161tandardne 30 a\u017e 50 rokov.
